As previously reported, the Company has been working diligently to raise additional capital through one or more equity or debt financings and/or potential strategic transactions. The Company has been fully engaged in pursuing a transaction and that effort has significantly strained the Company's limited resources such that it requires additional time to prepare and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K.
The Company expects to be in a position to file the Form 10-K on or before April 17, 2018, the prescribed due date under the fifteen calendar day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
